“About three months ago, I started thinking about listing my townhouse for sale.”
At the time, my husband was away on deployment, and I had already spent countless hours speaking with different agents, lenders, and even a financial advisor. After being told that there was a possibility I might have to come out of pocket just to sell my home, I became extremely discouraged. I honestly started questioning whether selling was even the right decision for us. Then Steve came into the picture. One of the things I appreciated most about Steve from the beginning was how professional and upfront he was with me. Steve is blunt, and I mean that in the best possible way. He isn't going to sugarcoat something or simply tell you what you want to hear. He is honest, knowledgeable, and will tell you what he genuinely believes is in your best interest. But underneath that blunt honesty is someone who actually cares. Throughout this entire process, Steve never made me feel like I was just another transaction. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about my husband and me, what we were going through, and what we were trying to accomplish. He constantly reassured me and told me to have faith that things were going to work out. I was definitely not always as confident as he was. There were many moments when I was stressed, doubtful, and ready to give up. At one point, I told Steve, “Look, if we can't make this happen, I'm just going to rent.” Even toward the end of purchasing our new home, I was still questioning everything. My husband had returned from deployment and went almost immediately into Chief season, I was starting a new job, and we had so many other things happening in our lives. I remember telling Steve that my husband and I were mentally exhausted and maybe we just needed to walk away, rent for a year, and figure everything out later. Steve remained patient through all of it. He kept reassuring me, answering my questions, and using his years of experience to guide us through the process. And in the end, Steve was right—we made it happen. To be able to successfully sell my townhome in today's market honestly feels like a miracle. Just a few months earlier, I was questioning whether selling was even possible for us. Instead, I was able to successfully sell my townhome and move into the single-family home of my dreams. Moving is stressful, especially after everything these last few months have brought, but I am so incredibly excited to finally be here and start the next chapter of our lives. I would hire Steve again in a heartbeat. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, upfront, blunt, honest, and, most importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he represents. When you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, you don't need someone who is just trying to close another transaction. You need someone who will tell you the truth, advocate for you, remain steady when you're stressed, and continue showing up when things get difficult. That was Steve for us, and I couldn't be more grateful that we trusted him with both the sale of our townhome and the purchase of our new home.

“When my sister and I decided to sell our family home, we quickly realized it was going to be a difficult sale.”
The house had great bones and meant a lot to our family emotionally, but it also came with a long list of challenges. The property needed major updating throughout. There had been a shower leak that resulted in drywall removal and damaged flooring. Years earlier two of the bedrooms had been combined into a “junior suite,” creating some functional obsolescence. We had spent over a year working through the ADU permitting process for a garage conversion. On top of that, managing a problem tenant all while both juggling full-time jobs The house had honestly become emotionally and financially draining. We interviewed several agents and almost all of them told us the same thing: spend a huge amount of money finishing all the repairs and renovations before putting the house back on the market. Then my sister Yvette came across Steve through one of his Instagram ads and invited him to tour the property. After seeing the house, Steve believed we could achieve our goals without sinking more money into repairs first. I could immediately tell he approached real estate differently. He had a clear strategy, a high level of confidence without feeling pushy, and most importantly, he introduced us to his OFFER1 system. That was honestly one of the biggest reasons we hired him on the spot. As sellers, we didn’t want to feel kept in the dark during negotiations or wonder whether we were truly seeing the full picture. OFFER1 gave us an organized and transparent way to review offers and understand exactly what was happening in real time. It made the process feel modern, strategic, and surprisingly stress-free. Steve’s pricing strategy was unconventional. He recommended listing the property about $50,000 below the number we actually hoped to achieve. He viewed it as a marketing tool designed to attract attention, create urgency, and drive competition between buyers. He confidently told us his goal was to push the final price well above our target. After our very first open house, we received 5 offers. Then Steve used OFFER1 to automatically counter all buyers and request their “highest and best” offers within a set timeline. Watching everything unfold through the platform was honestly incredible. We could log in anytime and clearly compare all offers in one place. Once the highest-and-best round started, things went completely crazy. We ended up receiving 14 offers — in a down real estate market — and ultimately accepted an all-cash investor offer significantly above what we originally hoped for. The home was under contract in less than 15 days. Looking back, there are three things I took away from this experience: 1) Steve truly has a unique strategy and vision when it comes to selling homes. 2) Steve says what he’s going to do and then delivers on it. That level of integrity is rare, and throughout the process we always felt he was being honest, direct, and genuinely looking out for our best interests. 3) OFFER1 absolutely made a difference and created a level of transparency and competition I have never seen before in real estate. If you’re considering selling a home — especially one with challenges — I would strongly recommend speaking with Steve before making any decisions.

“I’ve known Steve for over 10 years, and he’s been a steady presence through some of the wildest chapters of my life.”
Most recently, he helped me navigate a home sale that could have easily broken me—but instead, I walked away lighter, freer, and honestly, in better shape emotionally than when we started. Steve handled everything with grace, grit, and zero drama. We’re talking a sale wrapped in legal chaos, looming foreclosure, and a potential six-figure repair job that he literally saved me from by finding a buyer before we even listed. He handled contractors, locksmiths, even HOA board meetings and Home Depot runs for CO2 monitors. He showed up in court as a subject matter expert. He showed up for me—period. This wasn’t just another transaction for him. He protected my sanity and financial future, and gave me room to breathe again. I owe him a lot—like… a lot. He probably shaved six months off what I’ll eventually need to work through in therapy, and that’s not nothing. In seriousness, I’m getting teary-eyed writing this review because I know that I owe a lot of my freedom to Steve, and I’ll never forget it. Steve is cool under pressure, relentlessly helpful, and genuinely kind. I trust him completely and I’m so glad to call him a friend. I wouldn’t even think about buying my next home without him.
